How You Fit In

You’ll be joining an international team of Product Managers and Product Architects who manage different aspects of our end-to-end process: Discovery, Design, Engineering and Scale.

We're looking for a proactive Project Manager who can navigate a fast-moving environment of Designers, Engineers and QA Engineers, coordinate across multiple projects and raise our standards along the way.

This role suits someone with transferable project management experience in tech who is ready to grow into Product Management in 1-2 years.

At STRV, Your Role Will Be to

• Coordinate client-facing teams of Designers, Engineers and QA Engineers to build and ship digital products

• Keep projects running, covering the operational and administrative side:

  • Financial forecasting, invoicing and commercials

  • Resource planning, client and team onboarding and offboarding, project kickoffs

  • Project health monitoring, timeline and budget tracking

  • Acting as the point of contact for client and internal stakeholders, facilitating cross-departmental communication

• Collaborate with our Sales team and Design and Engineering Managers to unlock opportunities with new and existing clients

• Help teams integrate with client working environments

• Manage stakeholder expectations internally (C-level, Sales, Engineering Managers) and externally (clients, third parties)

• Build systematic solutions for individual challenges that can scale across the broader Product and Project Management team

• Actively develop Product skills (technology, business, UX) during your first 12-24 months, with a clear transition to the Product Management track

• Run multiple workstreams and teams at once, each with its own set of stakeholders

We Expect You to Have

• Up to 2 years of software project (or product) management experience, including at least 1 year of direct client contact. Bonus if you've worked in environments that shipped digital products end-to-end (mobile apps, web apps, wearables, etc.)

• The mindset of an independent, professional manager

• Native-level English — you'll be guiding teams and clients from around the world

• Strong communication and organizational skills with real attention to detail

• Experience in (or a solid interest in learning) market research, product specification, user testing, user interviews, user flows, agile development and standard software development activities (sprint planning, grooming, retros, standups, demos)

• A problem-solving focus with the confidence to have hard conversations when it matters

• Genuine curiosity about how things work

• Extreme ownership — you take responsibility for your projects and lead them accordingly

• A growth mindset, both professionally and personally

• A clear interest in growing into Product Management

• The ability to build strong, trusting relationships across a wide range of stakeholders and peers

International Community

A few things to know: STRV people represent over 20 nationalities, so our official language is English. As for meeting our US clients, there may be times you’ll get to visit them or you may see them strolling through our Prague office since they’re often curious to see STRV in action and to meet their team in person.
